These heating alloys, for operating temperatures up to 1200°C (2200°F), are highly resistant to oxidation and are relatively unaffected by sulfur compounds. ALLOY K is excellent for domestic appliances such as ranges and irons, and for industrial furnaces and ovens, ceramic kilns, and other applications where the heating elements can be supported.
